my stickman gifs

some gifs i created a while ago, influenced for the most part by xiao xiao stickman fighting animations

created frame-by-frame in paint (size 119x77) then made into gif using UnFREEz.
explosion is taken from a google-sourced gif which i took apart and added to each frame.

full looping gif with alot of interesting effects - entire piece was created on the fly; no storyboarding or planning, etc. (the .5 refers to 'round 2' which was added a few months after the original fight)

method is extremely time consuming but fun to mess around with and easy to edit, as it only works with pixels and Paint's limited colours. animation is also pleasingly fluid compared to some of my flash attempts.
